Non-Stick Pan Test Cookware Testing Machine With Abrasion Resistance

APPLICATIONS& TEST PURPOSE:

Fry pan or wok (with non stick surface) is fixed well on the platen and abrasion pad moves forward on the surface of cookware. Abrasion pad is driven by the pull of guide rail with a certain speed (set in the standard). Times and height can be set according to customer’s requirement. According to BS 7069, the horizontal reciprocating stoke is 100 mm ±5 mm.

PRINCIPLE:

1. Abrasive pad, consisting of a random nylon web impregnated with phenoli resin and aluminium oside2) 70+/-5mm long x 30+/-5mm wide x approximately 5 mm thick bonded to a rigid plastics block, of similar dimensions, suitably loaded to apply a total downward force of 15.0+/-0.2N to the pad

2. Reciprocating support, for mounting the item of cookware under test , capable of controlled horizontal movement of the item of 100+/-5mm in each direction at an average speed of 6.5+/-0.2m/min.
